Socialization
plays a part in the idea of fox has by putting people into groups white shared
norms and ideas, populations, races, etc. If fox were to get news of white
family having problems and bad times and another family had the same problems
but there were black. Fox would most likely be more attracted to the black
family cause of their history of violence and “juicy” stories. Many News
Stations Socialize people into groups just to get a clear understanding of what
they’re dealing with. A black person is socialized into a group of crime and
wrong doing while a white person is socialized into good doing and successful
life. Socialization has always been a part of our lives since people start
roaming the earth and conquering lands while calling the shots.
Broadcast
stations may use socializations as a key factor for putting people in place
based upon their race/ethnic. When this idea or problem is brought up, people
may choose to ignore it and be neutral about it or get involved in whatever is
going on in the community or world-wide. Some examples of people getting
involved would be the rallies and black lives matter move movements around the
world. People are truly upset about the idea of cops shooting black people so
they took upon their selves to make a point that this should stop. When is on
live people look at them as a violent society just looking for violence to
cause and brag about. If we are raised in an environment of hate, we may likely
grow up to hate. If we are raised in an
environment of tolerance, we will tolerate.
When people or “Minors” or
come up on the news, people will think of them as the poor and reckless class
that always have violence going on throughout their community. Social media is
the ultimate influence on socialization when it comes to recognising people due
to what they look like and their groups. Tv is also a form of social media
which is commonly known throughout the world. When groups or rallies gather
together to march upon the streets of a city while the broadcast stations of
news on television shows them in a different perspective that what it seems, as
if it was bad or anything. People will not simply just say “Hey! That’s
socialism!” but rather people would
acquire the term racism for the event. Even though the concept of racism may be
similar and comes from socialization, people prefer to say that term to get to
their point. Most people don’t know what socialization is when being put into
context.
Inspired
by Janet Gonzalez-Mena. Second paragraph says that Television is an influence
on people and affects their cognitive and social development (Elkind,
2007;Wright et al., 2001).
Television
has greatest socialization effect on people than anything else, it surpasses
all the other media in its influence on the people and their communities. While
watching, communities may have the feeling that they need to interact with the
social issue. Which causes many problems when the news are one-sided on certain
topics they pick about the community.
